48% Chardonnay, 48% Pinot Noir and 4% Pinot Meunier, all LIVE-certified sustainable and estate grown. Made in the Champagne method, this is 75% 2019 vintage with most of the rest coming from 2018. Fermented in 50% neutral French oak and 50% stainless steel. Aged on the lees for 42 months before disgorgement in December 2023. 5.0g/L dosage. Aromas of watermelon rind, honeysuckle, graham cracker, key lime, strawberry cheesecake, rose petals and lavender. On the palate, notes of cranberries, dragon fruit, Fruit Loops, nectarine, tangerine, brioche. Great balance of richness and acidity. Vibrant and exceptionally clean all the way towards the energetic finish.
