A fresh and mineral rosé made from a blend of Barbera, Mourvèdre, Greco di Tufo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Roussanne and Syrah. Different lots were pressed and fermented separately. Whole cluster pressed and fermented in a mix of stainless-steel barrels and neutral French oak. After primary fermentation, individual lots went through malolactic fermentation and were blended prior to returning to stainless steel and neutral French oak barrels to age for an additional 2 months.
