100% Sauvignon Blanc from three different soil types: 80% “caillottes” (limestone), 10% “silex” (clay-siliceous) and 10% “terres blanches” (clay-limestone). The 30-year-old vines are set on a hill slope 492 to 656 feet above sea level and are farmed sustainably (HVE certified) without the use of herbicides. This is classic, clean Sancerre with notes of green apple, peach, flowers and a slight hint of honey. Crisp and refreshing, with zingy acidity and a mineral-driven finish.
