100% Pinot Noir sourced from excellent vineyards including Temperance Hill and Eola Springs. Hand sorted and fully destemmed, this ferments with native yeasts and ages for 10 months in French oak, 15% new. 13.5% alcohol. 3,800 cases made. An approachable and easy-drinking red-fruit forward Pinot Noir with bright acidity and a lengthy finish. Elegant aromas of red fruit, sandalwood, and flowers rise from the glass. Silky and soft, this makes for great early drinking or pairing with any lighter food. After Jimi Brooks passed away in 2004, his family took up the Brooks mantle, carrying on his legacy as one of the state’s biodynamic winemaking trailblazers. Now, Jimi’s son Pascal owns the winery, his sister Janie runs winery operations, and his longtime friend Chris Williams handles winemaking.
