100% organic Pinot Noir from the Regan Vineyard in Corralitos. Hand harvested, fermented with native yeasts, and aged in all neutral French oak for 10 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulpur adds. Light to medium bodied, with juicy acidity and a lovely supple texture to its super fresh red cherry, raspberry, watermelon and cranberry fruit, with a definitely overtone of soft floral notes like lavender and orange blossom as well as some loamy earthy notes. So easy to drink- like Burgundy with a little splash of California sun! This was by far our most popular Pinot Noir last year. Winemaker and vineyard manager Keegan Mayo was born in Hawai’i and raised in Santa Cruz, and produces minimal intervention, food friendly wines with a real sense of place. 13.5% alcohol.
