2023 Alma de Cattleya Sauvignon Blanc

100% Sauvignon Blanc from five different hillside vineyards in the Russian River Valley and the Sonoma Coast AVAs. Hand sorted, gently pressed, and fermented in steel and French oak. Aged on the lees in neutral French oak. 13.4% alcohol. 2,700 cases made.  This intensely aromatic SB shows off zesty notes of  key lime, lemon, stonefruit and chalk with just a hint of freshly cut grass, along with tons of crisp, mouthwatering acidity. She has worked at La Crema, Peay Vineyards, Au Bon Climat, Qupé, and was the head winemaker at Lynmar Estate. She’s also married to famed winemaker Jeff Pisoni.
