A wild blend of 51% Sagrantino, 16% Piedirosso, 11% Negroamaro, 7% Graciano, 5% Teroldego, 5% Nero d'Avola and 5% Uva di Troia; all sustainably farmed from estate vineyards on the red sand and limestone soils of the Chalmers Vineyard in Merbein. Cofermented with native yeasts and a combination of hand plunging and pumping over to extract optimal color and flavor. Bottle unfined. 13.0% alcohol.
