100% certified biodynamic and organic Pinot Gris from 4.5 acres on siliceous gravel soils; farmed exclusively for this superb and distinctive Reuilly rosé. Hand harvested, and direct pressed. Fermented with native yeasts with no malolactic. Light and refreshing at 12.6% alcohol. This takes on an irresistibly mouthwatering and mineral character, brimming with notes of grapefruit, peach, hints of spice and sea spray that make it a perfect pairing for fish tacos or grilled shrimp fajitas. Founded in 1935, the estate is now farmed by the founder’s grandson Denis Jamain and makes only 11,000 cases annually, in addition to farming a large oak forest, from which he makes his own barrels to age his Pinot Noir.
