100% biodynamic Pinot Noir from limestone and clay soils. Fermented with native yeast and macerated in qvevri (traditional buried clay amphora) for three weeks, then pressed and stored into large 2000L wooden oak casks for 1 year. Bottled unfiltered with minimal sulphur. 12% alcohol. A light and gentle Pinot Noir that sings with bright bingy aromas of raspberry and a palate packed with elegant flavors of raspberry, red cherry, and freshly cut grass, plus a hint of earth. The wine finishes with young, fine-grained tannins. The Tomac family has been making wine for over 100 years, and has a total of 20 acres of vineyards, including the varietals of Rhine Riesling, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir and old Plešivica varieties. Many vineyards are very old, up to 80 years!
