Showcases vibrant notes of tropical fruit and green apple on the nose. The palate is medium, with fresh flavors of lychee, grapefruit, ripe cantaloupe and vanilla bean. The finish lingers delightfully with notes of apple strudel and suggestions of baking spice.
We love this clean, complex chardonnay with fresh dishes like ceviche, Ahi tuna tartare, buttered crab, and crusty sourdough bread. Serve chilled with salads and young cheeses, or at room temperature with richer dishes and aged cheeses.
