100% organic Barbera grown in a single old vineyard in Santa Maria (in the La Morra commune of Barolo). Agerd for 12-14 months in barrique. A touch of oak lends this wine structure and elegance without overwhelming the fresh, pure fruit. Fragrant with high-toned red fruit (cherry, plum, red currant), mint, leather and chocolate, a hint of vanilla and the depth, structure, and fresh acidity you’d expect from a great Barbera. Totally mouthfilling without feeling heavy at all. Give this some air to really show its best now. An incredible food wine that is very versatile at the table.
