100% unoaked Grillo treated organically. This is the first vintage of a project specializing in native Sicilian grapes in a pure and fresh expression. The labels all have images of marionette puppets, which have a long history in Sicily and are recognized as a UNESCO piece of cultural heritage. Expressive aromatics include flowers and honey, leading to a medium weighted palate filled with peach, apricot, subtle tropical hints, wet stone and peach pit.
