100% sustainably grown Pinot Noir, all from the Domaine Eden estate. Fermented with native yeasts and 20% whole clusters, this aged in 2-5 year old French oak barrels for 11 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. 14.0% alcohol. 3,066 cases made. This vintage shows off a lighter, fresher version of the Mount Eden style, due to 2020’s extremely early pick.
