15% Vermentino, 15% Malvasia Lunga di Candia, 15% Albarola, 15% Trebbiano Rosa, with the remainder being a field blend of varieties, including Bracciola, Rossese, Verduzzo, Verdello, and Grello; farmed organically (uncertified) and hand harvested. 20 days of maceration with the skins and spontaneous fermentation. Ages on the lees for 8 months in stainless steel. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. 200 cases made.
