60% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Syrah, 10% Garnacha Tintorera; all farmed organically in the municipality of Chinchilade Montearagón. Hand picked, native yeast fermented, and aged for 16 months in 225L French oak barrels ranging from new to four years old. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with no added sulphites- zero/zero! Full bodied, rich and layered with complexity, this shows off tons of ripe, dark fruit along with notes of clove, pepper, coffee and toasty vanilla. Ripe, rich and luscious in the mouth, with velvety tannins and a long, mouth coating finish. 15.0% alcohol.
