Francesco Annesanti is a passionate and artistic man who makes pure natural wines- practicing organic farming, using only native yeasts, stainless steel for fermentation and aging, minimal sulfur and no fining or filtration. 100% Grechetto from vines on clay and limestone soil, with the name of the wine ‘Fonte Farro’ coming from the spring where the grandparents of the Annesanti winery brought their animals to drink. Expressive and aromatic, with notes of fresh apricot, white pear, salty sea air and a hint of earthiness, probably from some time spent on the lees. Delicious as a fish accompaniment.
