This micro production winery only recently became available in the United States for the first time! Francesco Annesanti is a passionate and artistic man who makes pure natural wines- practicing organic farming, using only native yeasts, stainless steel for fermentation and aging, minimal sulfur and no fining or filltration. This is 85% Pinot Nero and 15% Sangiovese aged in clay amphorae. Less than 300 bottles were made! Juicy red currants, cherry and raspbery combine with roses, licorice and subtle spice.
