Incredible natural wine- not quite orange, but a little bit of skin contact. 100% old vine Trebbiano Spoletino farmed organically and biodynamically (uncertified). Fermented in terra cotta amphora on a portion of the skins for 10 months then racked to glass demijohn for 3 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with no sulfur additions- zero/zero! Fewer than 1,000 bottles made, and everything is done by hand by Francesco Annesanti himself. Shows delicate aromas of flowers and white fruit, with a smoky undertone. On the palate, the wine is super fresh, with ywllow apple and sweet melon fruit, savory minerality and great, structured acidity. The finish is lightly nuty and lasts forever. Well structured and well balanced. Excellent with any sort of fish preparation.
