100% organic (uncertified) Sauvignon Blanc from the McKinley Vineyard, planted on shaley loam with serpentine cobble soilsin 1996, 13 years before the Happy Canyon AVA was created! Fermented with native yeasts in stainless, and aged in a combination of steel and neutral oak. This is one of Lieu Dit’s most limited bottlings to begin with, and we were stoked to get this rare library release to show us what almost a decade has done to this old school, low alcohol, high acidity Sauvignon Blanc.
